The Manufacturing Software Solutions Module provides the following capabilities:

  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    1. Completely integrated with Customer Orders, Inventory Sales Analysis (forecasting), and Purchasing.
    2. Analyze the existing on hand position of am item, open purchase orders, open manufacturing orders (including planned, stock and custom orders) open Commitments (open customer orders, future orders, and standing orders), the sales and produce balance.
    3. View Analysis on-line Dally, Weekly, or Monthly complete pegging is supported allowing the user view critical data such as when purchase orders are due, when manufacturing orders are due to be completed, and the actual customer orders making up the commitment of an item.
  • Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP)
    1. Helps determine company ability to meet manufacturing demands. There are three types of demands - soft, firm, and planned - that affect the production schedule.
    2. CRP can be viewed with one, two, or three demands on line. In addition changes can be made which immediately affect the production schedule.
    3. CRP module can be used as both long ranges planning tool as well as short-term production scheduling aid.
  • Manufacturing Work Orders
    1. Make to order and make to stock environment integrated with order processing.
    2. View raw material availability and substitute component parts.
    3. Online configuration to build assemblies on the fly.
    4. Inquires to track work order status and workload by Department, Work Center, and Machine.
    5. Track labor and set up costs.
  • Forecasting
    1. Generate sales forecast for item or groups of items and are company, plant and year/month specific.
    2. Set forecast with base monthly figure and adjusts by percentage on a monthly basis.
    3. Create forecast for parent item and blow the bill of material to create component forecast for future analysis.
    4. Actual sales are compared to forecast to determine variance and forecast accuracy.
  • Shop Floor Control
    1. Electronically collect data including labor, time and attendance, and material usage.
    2. Fix station bar code and wireless radio frequency data collection devices to improve overall efficiency.
    3. Full lot and multi-bin capabilities for receiving, put ways, material issues and orders shipment verification.
    4. Accurate and efficient tracking of production and material throughout the entire facility.
